Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and grow Amazon’s social media community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep Amazon ahead of the curve in social engagement.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that resonate with our audience.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers, organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and leverage new opportunities within the social media landscape.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining performance metrics and future strategies to be presented to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in using social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and advertising systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand messaging.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of the importance of visual content.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions based on metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
